After a busy year and a successful solo show in Malmsbury, Simone looks forward very much to welcoming you to Rabley where she will be sharing Studio space with Meryl Ainslie. (see separate listing).

Weather permitting (and even if it's raining) you are invited to walk through the meadow paths surrounding Rabley Barn. Soak in the atmosphere of the place; soft curvy inclines, wild flowers, bird song and the quiet, contemplative peace which is at the heart of Simone's inspiration. Her work reflects a close familiarity with the landscape and the shifting light, informed by many miles of walking and revisiting favourite sites.

She will be hosting an informal talk and Q&A at 1200 on both Saturday 20th and 27th about her processes and practice as well as showing some of the tools of her trade There will be new paintings, Limited Edition Giclée Prints and Greetings Cards.

Leave Marborough on the Mildenhall, Axford, Ramsbury Road. Over old bridge on sharp left bend turn left. Rabley Drawing Centre is between Marlborough and Mildenhall. There are brown tourist signs to Rabley Barn, Art Centre. You will find us one mile up this single track road. Please park in the car park at the bottom of the ‘Rabley Barn’ drive.
