I'm largely a self taught potter. Forms and glazes are the products of study and research, trial and error and constant practise. Having spent 12 years salt-glazing, my recent pots are fired in an electric kiln with a range of glazes and textures developed over the last two years. Some pots are functional and practical, others purely decorative. The forms can be either contemporary or influenced by mid to late 20th century design, and colours can be strong and vibrant or soft depending on the form.
