Sofie Baker

I work mainly in pastels but love to explore different mediums. I am always trying to capture the personality of the animals I draw and I enjoy seeing the owners response to their finished portraits, it's always very rewarding. between portraits I enjoy capturing the world around me in my sketchbooks. During Marlborough Open Studios I will be displaying my wildlife pieces, both original and prints, and have a selection of my sketchbooks to view while I work on currant portraits. I will be demonstrating pastels on Sunday 13th.

Take A4 from Marlborough towards Hungerford, after 4 miles turn right, signposted Great Bedwyn. Follow signposts to the centre of the village, turn right up Church Street. Mill Close is last turn on the right at end.

Please park in Church Street.
