Jane Renwick

Jane spends the cold winter months gathering ideas, sketching and designing. She then cuts and carves the lino that is used to decorate her porcelain and cold cast bronze pieces. As warmer days arrive she is out in her shed, creating and casting with clay, plaster, resin, silicone and, this year, Jesmonite stone, to make her designs solid. Experimenting with patinas and waxes brings colour and interest to her cold cast bronze pieces.
